Group rates for snow tubing at Buck Hill are available for groups of 20 or more. Group reservations must be made through our Group Sales Department a minimum of 5 days in advance, and with one payment per group. Contact Group Sales here or by calling (952) 435-7174, extension 607. You can also fill out & submit a Group Request online here.
For groups of 20 to 74 people, you can book your event during the following times. |

Deposit/Payment:
Full payment and your final numbers are due a minimum of 5 days prior to your event. No refunds will be given on final number count. If you schedule your event within 5 days, full payment is due at the time of booking. One payment per group is required and we gladly accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express.
Cancellation:
Should the need arise to cancel your reservation prior to 48 hours before your reservation, a refund will be made less a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations must be made in writing via email or fax and received prior to 48 hours from the start of your event. Cancellation within 48 hours of the scheduled event results in 100% of payment forfeited.
Weather:
As you look forward to your group event, we would like to remind you that Buck Hill offers outdoor wintertime activities. We continue to operate in low temperatures and when it’s snowing. If our facilities are open, the above cancellation policy will apply.

We have a variety of food & beverage and room options available for your group outing. From hot dog & pizza meals with hot cocoa or soda to a cocktail party with hors d'oeuvres, to a full dinner buffet, we can accommodate just about anything you want!
Hutch Chalet & Hillside Room Rental
The Hutch Chalet or Hillside Rooms can be rented for an afternoon or evening private party. The Hutch is ideal for groups as large as 100, the Hillside Room can accommodate groups up to 75. Room Rental cost is $500.00 for the Hutch Chalet or $300.00 for the Hillside Room, and will be waived if your outdoor activities (lift tickets, rentals, or tubing) total more than the Room Rental cost. If your outdoor activities add up to less than Room Rental cost, the difference will be added as a Room Rental charge.
Buck Hill has teamed up with Crystal Lake Golf Club to provide catering and beverage services for groups visiting Buck Hill. They also provide the food and beverage services at Tucker's Bar & Grill, fulfilling the needs of the skiers, snowboarders and tubing enthusiasts all season. Their menu offers a variety of snacks, chicken, burgers, steaks, soups and sandwiches, as well as a variety of refreshments to keep you warm and refreshed. Crystal Lake is known for their delectable cuisine and extensive menu choices, and their chefs can provide every aspect of your meal, from hors d'oeuvres to desserts.
