Group rates for skiing, snowboarding or snow tubing are available for groups of 20 or more. Group reservations must be made through our Group Sales Department a minimum of 5 days in advance, and with one payment per group. Contact Group Sales here or by calling (952) 435-7174, extension 607. You can also fill out & submit a Group Request online here.

Deposit/Payment:
Full payment, along with final numbers, are due a minimum of 5 days prior to your event. No refunds will be given on final number count. If you schedule your event within 5 days, full payment is due at the time of booking. One payment per group is required and we gladly accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express.

Cancellation:
Should the need arise to cancel your reservation prior to 48 hours before your reservation, a refund will be made less a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations must be made in writing via email or fax and received prior to 48 hours from the start of your event. Cancellation within 48 hours of the scheduled event results in 100% of payment forfeited.

Weather:
As you look forward to your group event, we would like to remind you that Buck Hill offers outdoor wintertime activities. We continue to operate in low temperatures and when it’s snowing. If our facilities are open, the above cancellation policy will apply.

Skiing & Snowboarding
Reservations can be made for any time during normal operating hours

Ski & Snowboard Lessons
90-minute group lessons are available every day at 10:30am, 1:30pm & 7:00pm. We also offer a 4:30pm group lesson on weekends.

Snow Tubing
Snow tubing is booked in 2-hour sessions, and is the same price for adults and children (children must be at least 5 years old and 42” tall to go tubing). Price is per person.

Group Tubing Reservation Times

For reservations made Monday through Wednesday non-holidays, you must have at least 75 people in your group, and we will open the Tubing Hill exclusively for your group. For reservations made Thursday through Sunday non-holidays, you must have at least 20 people in your group, and the Tubing Hill will be open for the general public during your tubing session. We do not accept tubing reservations between Noon and 6pm on weekends or holidays.
